STEAMED GREEN FISH:
Rub pomfret with vinegar to get rid of the fishy smell and clean with water thoroughly.
Take fresh coriander, mint leaves (pudina), chilli (depending on how spicy you like it), lemon juice, salt, garlic and add some water and blend nicely in a mixer.
Add one spoon of fresh sour curd to the paste and apply the paste onto the fish. Fill the paste in the stomach cut as well.
Either wrap the fish in a foil paper or a banana leaf and leave in to steam in a steam vessel for 8-10mins and serve.
